Privacy notice

Event registration is handled through the linked Google Form. This website does not collect your registration details. Review the form's privacy information before submitting your details.

Your photo stays in your browser and is used to render the poster on your device. It is not uploaded to OpenAI or saved to Firestore.

To make the QR invitation work on another device, the inviter's name, a random invite code, creation time, and referral-page click count are stored in Firebase Firestore. Invite records expire after 90 days and are then removed by Firestore's asynchronous cleanup. The current Google Form does not automatically receive referral codes, so form registrations cannot yet be attributed to invitation links.

Avoid uploading photos of other people without their permission.
